What is the Community Larder?

The Witney Larder is a membership-only opening where food surplus from a national network is given to the public.



 

Who can join the programme?

Anyone who wants to prevent food waste and save money. 

Everyone is welcome.

It is not means tested.

Where does the food come from?

A Didcot-based charity providing surplus food, training and opportunities to young people and organisations.

​

The Witney Larder unbelievably gives out an average of 1.3 tonnes of food surplus every Wednesday!

JOIN THE LARDER!

An individual membership provides up to 10 items of non-perishables (pasta, tins, etc.) per week plus free fruit and vegetables.
